20 years of experience in the private sector in Human Talent Management, more than 15 years as a Psychotherapist, and 12 years in civil society organizations. In several cases, he has served as an executive responsible for various areas within some organizations in different countries in America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Teaching experience (Systemic Family Therapy, Organizational Development, Managerial Development, Talent Management, among others).

Joined FM4 in 2012 as a volunteer following an invitation to learn about the organization and became convinced to join the team due to its professionalism, values, strategic vision, and impact, beyond the humanitarian assistance itself.

In addition to being a volunteer for years, he has served as the Coordinator of Organizational Development, as a Consultant and Coach, as well as the General Coordinator in different periods. Currently, he is the Coordinator of Institutional Strengthening.
