Currently, most migrants and refugees are forced to leave their place of origin. Determining factors in the displacement of these people are conditions of poverty and violence.
Migration and the right to asylum entail great challenges for receiving societies. For this reason, it is necessary to recognize that people fleeing from violence also have physical and mental needs, significantly impacting their development and subsequent social insertion in the communities that receive them.
At the forefront of our work, we believe that access to health is essential for human beings. The conditions faced by migrants and refugees demonstrate the deterioration of this fundamental right. In FM4 Paso Libre we accompany those migrants and refugees to guarantee their access to the rights related to their physical and mental health.
