Welcome to ICVA

ICVA is a global network of non-governmental organizations whose mission is to make humanitarian action more principled and effective by working collectively and independently to influence policy and practice. FM4 Paso Libre is a member of ICVA, and since June 2020, is also collaborating with ICVA as a partner and focal point in the Latin American and the Caribbean region. Part of the work done by FM4 Paso Libre in the region involves connecting ICVA members, NGO networks and humanitarian partners to provide information regarding global policy debates to ensure a collective advocacy for the needs in the region.
